He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Culumber and Atha Culumber; his former wife Doris Culumber; and his brothers, George Wade and Woodrow Culumber.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Marie; his children, Robert Culumber (Sandra) and Sandra Wise Sr. (Dean); his grandchildren, Sydney Jo Culumber, Thomas Wise Jr. (Ashley), Angela Erwin (Jimmy) and William "Will" Wise; his great grandchildren, James, Erwin V and Taryn Wise; his brother Joe Culumber; and his stepdaughter Leslie Deppe.
