He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Burns of Big Creek; his daughter Angela "Angie" Ann Burns of Big Creek; and his sister Maxine Howell (James) of Big Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pryor Funeral Home (109 S Monroe St, Calhoun City, MS 38916). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
