He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parker and Lillian Aven Parker; his sisters, Carolyn Rhodes, Mary Alice Burke and Sara Maxine Kenwright; and his nephew Ross Parker.
He is survived by: his wife June Parker of Big Creek; his children, Stephen Parker (Kelli) of Madison, MS and Becky Clay (Mike) of Brandon, MS; his siblings, George Parker (Sara) of Clinton and Sharon Brasher of Foley, AL; his grandchildren, Isaac Parker (Carol), Mia Parker, Chase Parker, Ava Parker, James Clay and Rachel Herrin (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Miles Herrin and Lynley Herrin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (77 Co Rd 327, Big Creek, MS 38914). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
