He was predeceased by: his parents, Luss William Dickey and Mary Shankle Dickey; his son Ron Dickey; his son-in-law Buba Wall; and his sisters, Carolyn Hollis and Shirley Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Logan Dickey; his children, Barbara Dickey of Big Creek, Donna Wall of Big Creek, Robert Wayne Dickey of Lawton, OK and Donald Bruce Dickey of Big Creek; his sisters, Kathryn Spruell of Big Creek, Lorene Hillhouse of Kilmichael and Sharon Wilson of Kilmichael; his grandchildren, Kyle Shanahan (Jamie), Travis Winters, Emily Winters, Brandon Dickey, Miranda Dickey, Mitchell Crutchfield, Michael Seth Wall, Ryan Dickey and Baili Ferris; and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh Shanahan, Sierra Shanahan, Alivia Shanahan and Adalyn Crutchfield.
