We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2024, at the age of 87, Barbara Jean Clift Hendrix of Big Creek, Mississippi, born in Saint Petersburg, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Clift and Evelyn Brown Clift Bacon; her husband David L. Hendrix Jr.; her stepfather Wayne Bacon; her siblings, Don Clift and Shirley Ferdinando; her aunt Lucille Brown; her grandson David "Doc" Duke; and her mother-in-law Irene Hendrix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Hendrix McGee of Big Creek, Debra Hendrix Arrington (Smiley II) of Coffeeville and Julie Hendrix Baker (Larry Jr) of Big Creek; her sister-in-law Martha Clift of Seaford, VA; her grandchildren, DeLisa Trusty (Tommy), Lakyn Hayes (Henry), Morgan Meyers (Anthony), Smiley Arrington III (Whitney) and Cole Baker (Cary); and her great grandchildren, Adonis Duke, AudriAnna Hayes, Leilani Wells, Grayson Meyers, Adalynn Jean Arrington, Matthew Hewitt, Cade Baker and Layden Cole Baker.
