He is survived by: his wife Bessie Roope of Bentonia; his children, Angie King (Wayne) of Benton, Ida Fears (Ken), Kim Tyer (Jeff) of Bentonia, Otto Worthy (Trisha) of Yazoo City and Cory Worthy (Lisa) of Florence; and his sister Sue Shores (Larry) of Florida. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
