Ava Davis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ava Davis (Bentonia, Mississippi), who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Herrington and Rita Martin Herrington; and her brothers, Richard Herrington and Martin Herrington. She is survived by: her husband Phillip "Phil" Davis of Clinton; her children, Mac Davis (Amy) of Clinton, Laura Davis of Collins, Richard Davis of Clinton and Joy Holmes (Jerry) of Brandon; her grandchildren, Daniel Davis, Tyson Gant (Derian), Nathan Davis (Merlyna), Cullen, Ava, Josiah and John Holmes; and her sisters, Kay Owen of Bossier City, LA and Victoria Goeders (Peter) of Haughton, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
