He was predeceased by: his brother Johnnie L. Woods, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Erica Boykin (Marshall) and Clint Woods (Emily) of Brandon, MS; his sisters, Linda Norrid (Ricky) of Byram, MS, Cheri Huffmaster (Charles) of Pearl, MS and Mary Helen Smith (Charlie) of Benton; and his grandsons, Payton, Myles Boykin and Easton Woods. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
