He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Herron Ellett and Clara Dale Wadford Dillard; his wife Angela Ellett; his son Michael Ellett; and his siblings, Ed Ellett, Sharon Stevens, Ester Martin and Clara McNamara.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ellett (Chris) of Lafayette, Johnathan Ellett (Haley) of Benton and Melissa Ellett (Jeff) of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; his stepchildren, George Doby (Amanda) of Brandon, Mississippi, David Doby of Yazoo City and Rita Wright of Pelahatchie, Mississippi; and his brothers, James Randy Ellett of Jackson and Steve Ellett of Cecil, Arkansas.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many grandchildren.
