He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Early Cunningham and Emma Bell Ewing; his wife Janie Thornton Ewing; his children, Thomas C. Ewing, Jr. (Dawn) of Brandon and Barbara Madison (Mike) of Petal; his grandchildren, Rebecca Ewing of Austin, TX, Thomas Ewing (Maggie) of Kampala, Uganda and Caty Madison of Petal; and his great grandchildren, Ellis and George Ewing.

Memorial donations may be made to the Benoit Union Church or a charity of choice.
