He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gordon Boozer and Rita Mae Boozer; and his sisters, Sharon Bruno and Brenda Henson. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Neely Tonos (Mickey), Casey Boozer (Amanda) and Corey Boozer (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Brandon (Julia), Taylor Boozer, Abby, Garrett Tonos, Leanna and Lauren Boozer.
