She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert and Maude Ford; her husband Ray Smith; her son Eddie Lee Smith; and her brothers, John Robert Ford, Robert Ford, Floyd Ford and Grover Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Alexander of Greenville, MS, Ruby Norrell, Rita Hoffman (Tom) of Pace, FL, Jan Edwards (Mark) of Leland, MS, Brenda Smith of Benoit, MS., Johnnie Smith (Linda) of Lake Village, AR and George Smith (Brenda) of Leland, MS.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
