He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kimble Farmer Sr. and Mary Lorena Gibson Farmer; his wife Beverly Ann Whatley Farmer; and his brother James Kimble Farmer Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, William Steven Farmer (Brenda) of Taylorsville, Charles Jeffery Farmer of Greenville and David Kimble Farmer (Denise) of Belzoni, Mississippi..
