He is survived by: his wife Deborah Burnley Westbrook of Belzoni; and his siblings, Paul Westbrook (Barbara) of Bay City, Kenneth Westbrook (Linda) of Jacksonville, Florida and Linda Ferguson of Holly Pond, Ala.
