He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hansford Kilpatrick and Edna Wooten Kilpatrick; and his siblings, Earl Kilpatrick and Bonnie Freund. He is survived by: his children, Diane LaNell Jones (Freddie) of Hollandale, Danny Joe Kilpatrick of Dallas, Deborah Alisa Domino (Anthony) of Indianola, Delinda Ray Russell (David) of Trussville and Douglas Hansford Kilpatrick (Shawn) of Southaven; his grandchildren, Mandy (Ramey), Kacey, Daniel, Dane, Tony (Sarah Grace), Alex (Parker), Tyler, Brandon (Callie), Brian (Brooke), Brent, Abbie and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Madison (Mason), Riley, Reese, Grace, Henry, Rowland and Kacen James.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
