It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arvilla Christine Mallette (Belmont, Mississippi), who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Urlacher and Mary Urlacher; her brothers, Matthias Urlacher and Adam Urlacher; her great-nephew Aaron Bell; and her close friend Carole Grimes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Funderburk (Theodore) of Monroe, NC, Evelyn Bell (William) of Belmont, MS and Veronica Earnhardt of Concord, NC; and her godchildren, Patrick McLaughlin (Sherrie) of Renton, WA, Harold Cole of Buffalo, NY, Elizabeth Steinhauser of Florida and Amanda Merino of Belmont, MS. She is also survived by three nieces and six nephews; several grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Christine requested that donations be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, The Helpful Samaritan Food Pantry, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or Hospice of Union County, Monroe, NC.
