He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Lee Finney and Maudie Irene Simmons Finney; and his siblings, Alvis Finney, Imogene Finney and Barbara Deaton.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Finney of Belden; his children, Sharon Finney Albright (Steve) of Tupelo, Curtis Finney of Belden, James Finney of Belden and Carey Finney (Tanya) of Tupelo; his grandchildren, Cassey Roberts, Joshua Finney, Andrew Finney, Emily Finney and Gavin Gann; his great grandchildren, Mason Finney and Ashton Finney; and his siblings, Ezra Finney, Paul Finney (Bonnie) and Doris Ryan (Roy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lee Memorial Funeral Home (5257 Raymond Ave, Tupelo, MS 38879). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
