He is survived by: his wife Julie Harlow Carruth; his children, Carley Barkley (Matthew) of Belden and Mitch Carruth of Belden; his sister Tammy Goddard (Roy) of Alpine; his nephew Brandon Goddard (Bethany) of Guntown; his niece Brittany Thompson (Brent) of Booneville; his aunt Joellen Irving of Dorsey; and his uncle William Morgan of Bethlehem, Georgia.
