He is survived by: his son Bruce Welch (Glenda) of Belden; his siblings, Pat Herrington (Perry) of Ripley and Jimmy Welch (Joyce) of Lakeland; his grandchildren, Glacia Boyd (Matt) and Catharine Holland (Connor); his great grandchildren, Ivy Arnold, Astan Boyd and Kuiper Holland; and his close friend Annie Inmon.
