He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rama Bell, Dorris Wesley "Dobby" Sheppard, Garland and Flora Bostick. He is survived by: his mother Doris Sheppard Bostick Lee of Verona; his daughters, Kimberly Bridges (Justin) of Booneville, Mandi Nichols (Nick) of Belden and Misti Bramlett (Reid) of Pontotoc; his grandchildren, Mason, Isabella, Bradley, Railon, Awston, Jorgia, Macon, Maddilyn, Preston and Beau David; his siblings, Terry Bostick (Candais) of Mooreville, Larry Bostick (Lori) of Saltillo and Sherrie Palmer (Keith) of Tupelo; his father G. T. "Bug" Bostick (Katrina) of Saltillo; and the mother of his children Denise Lee of Belden.
