He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Vance; his children, Keith Vance (Sabrina) of Tupelo, MS, Cecil Vance of Milwaukee, WI, Shunda Vance of Tupelo, MS and Lesia Short of Irving, TX; his siblings, Johnny Vance (Mae Frances) of Belden, MS, Ruby Vance Wade of Belden, MS and Overia Vance Collier of Belden, MS; and his siblings-in-law, Annie Brown (Jim), Betty McGee, Cathern Hull (Joe) and Kenny Pinson (Sandra). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
