We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2018, at the age of 83, Simon Thomas Bexley (Beaumont, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Mae Bexley; his daughter May Joyce Lott; his grandson Steven Byrd; and his siblings, Joe Bexley, Norris Bexley, Avil Thompson and Mary Evelyn Bexley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alma Byrd (Freddie) of Beaumont and Gwen Hunter of Carthage, MS; his brother Homer Bexley of Lucedale; and also, Lonnie Byrd (Kim), Lindsey Meadows (Jeffery), Floyd Hunter (Phebe), Patricia Hunter, Sheldon Hunter, Rodney Lott (Alisa), Robert Lott and Belinda McGilbrey (Adam). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 13 great great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
