She is survived by: her children, Dexter Herring (Sherry) of Beaumont, Ammon Herring (Cindy) of Beaumont, Charlie Herring (Crystal) of Beaumont and Renee Parker (Dan) of Wiggins; her siblings, Bonnie Nell Sylvester and Shelby Byrd; and her aunts, Zettie Mae Bodie and S. M. Penton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
