It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Roy Mizell (Beaumont, Mississippi), who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Tometrice Breland Mizell; his brothers, J. W., Theo, Dexter and Billy Ray Mizell; and his sisters-in-law, Avis Morphis Mizell and Shirley Mizell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
