She was predeceased by: her parents, Tolbert Montgomery and Leila Montgomery; her husband Sidney Ray "Pete" Leavitt, Sr.; her siblings, Wyvona Sumrall Harrison, Grace Montgomery Harper, George K. Montgomery and Tolbert Edwin Montgomery; and her stepson James Michael "Mike" Leavitt.
