He is survived by: his parents, Willie Bobby Ramsey and Georgia Mae Brown; his wife Dionne Bender Ramsey; his children, Terry Dewayne Ramsey, Jimmy Ramsey and Tiara La'Shea Ramsey; and his siblings, Rosline E. Ramsey, Leonard Banks, Ronald Ramsey, Sharon Gammage and Deborah Payton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, as well as other family and friends.
