She was predeceased by: her former husband Dr. Charlie Collins; her parents, Bud Blackwell and Hattie Blackwell; her son Jonathan Brian Collins; her godson Read Bush; and her sister Jane McCurdy Massey.
She is survived by: her husband Optometric Practice; her sons, Dr. C. Chris Collins (Teresa) and Philip Wesley Collins (Melissa); her grandchildren, Jonathan Clinton Collins (Ashley), Jessica Joy Herrington (Ricky), Philip Casey Collins (Hailey), Christa Beasnett, Philip Beasnett and Dr. Mary Hardy (Paul); her goddaughters, Nichole Bush Kelly (Kevin) and Sonia Bush Scoggins (Robert); her nephew Ralph Barber; her niece Penny Barber; and her sister Louise Bush Wynn. She is also survived by ten Great-grandchildren.
