She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Rhodes; her parents, Houston Cook and Bernice Cook; and her sister Tammy Gray. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Rhodes (Wendy) and Stephen Rhodes (Chrissy); her grandchildren, Houston Rhodes, Drew Phillips (Jade), Alyssa Blackwell and Logan Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Bentley and Ava Kate Phillips; and her brother Ricky Cook (Linda).
