He is survived by: his wife Alice Yelverton James; his children, Anthony James (Je'an) and Cindy Doolittle; his grandchildren, Madison James, Macey James, Landon James, William James, Olivia James, Savannah McDonald (Zain) and Shelby Boone (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Tate Hancock, Kohen Hancock, Landry McDonald, Nora McDonald and Luke McDonald; and his siblings, Paul James (Ann), Ross James and Sue Steen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
