He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hensley and Annie Louise Lewis; and his siblings, Nettie Stringer, Lillie Bell Dennis, Olin Lewis Sr., Ernest Lewis, John Lewis and Coyt Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Laverne Lewis; his stepsons, Robert Glenn Bilbrey (Elaine), Billy Don Bilbrey (Sherry) and Steve Dwayne Thornton (Donna); and his siblings, Jerry A. Lewis and Ann Haden (Douglas). He is also survived by step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
