With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Earl Garner of Bay Springs, Mississippi, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on October 15, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Martin and Ola Yelverton Garner; his grandparents, Oree, Pauline Garner, Earl and Eva D. Yelverton; and his brother Danny Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Linn Hill Garner; his children, Jessica Clark (Cal), Bridget King (Herman), Katelinn Garner, Jeffrey Garner (Cindy) and Jacob Garner (Aly); his brother David Garner (Diane); his mothers-in-law, Nelda Hill and Judith Brown; and his pet Southern Pines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and "extra" grandchildren, his eleven dogs and eight cats.
