She is survived by: her husband Randal Mathis of Bay Springs, MS; her children, Cherish Cotten (Glenwood) of Bay Springs, MS and Bradley Mathis (Roxanna) of Sharon, MS; her grandchildren, Randa Wells (Tyler), Tanner Cotten, Heather Cotten, Landon Mathis, Loren Mathis and Victoria Davis (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Levi Wells, Carter Wells and Ellie Davis; her mother Bonnie Carroll of Enterprise, MS; her siblings, Sissy Greene (Jerry) of Quitman, MS, Renae Walley (Wilson) of Quitman, MS, Joey Smith of Philadelphia and Christopher Smith (Brandy) of Quitman, MS; and her close friend David Traywick of Philadelphia, MS. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lake Como Baptist Church (2812 Co Rd 23, Bay Springs, MS 39422). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Lake Como Baptist Cemetery (2812 Co Rd 23, Bay Springs, MS 39422).
