He was predeceased by: his father Medford Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Polk; his daughter Kasey Tally; his son-in-law Lance; his grandson Cohen Tally; his mother Sharon Phillips; and his aunts and uncles, Sherri Pyle, Evelyn Chatam, Fred Phillips, Wiley Phillips and Jerry Beason.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs (22 E 4th Ave, Bay Springs, MS 39422). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
