With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melba Loreta Blocker of Bay Springs, Mississippi, who passed away on September 5, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Hicks and Willie Anna Hicks; her husband Kenneth Blocker; her great grandchildren, Emmitt and Wyatt Moss; her daughter Rebecca Ann Burnham (Sid); her daughter-in-law Melissa; her son James Blocker, Jr. (Ken); her sister-in-law Nita Lay Hicks; and her close friends, Barbara Durham of Clinton and Ann Sims of Bay Springs. She was also cherished by parents, aunts, uncles, and sisters.
