She was predeceased by: her son Demond Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, Kenzie Hughes Jr. and Martha G. Ducksworth; her children, Jabari Hughes, Christopher Hughes, Dominique Hughes and Shumond Hughes; and her siblings, Kenzie D. Hughes, Kenzie Hughes III and Tina Orman. She is also survived by three grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 2901 MS-15, Bay Springs, MS 39422. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
