She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roosevelt Ulmer Sr. and Florence Hamilton; her daughters, Melissa Strong, Nakeia Strong, Dana Strong and Stephanie Dade; and her siblings, Roosevelt Ulmer Jr., Billy F. Ulmer, James Ulmer, Debra Strong and Nancy Pickens. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, as well as other family and friends.
