He is survived by: his parents, Lee Rayner and Frances Sims Rayner (Carl Proctor); his children, Taylor Rayner, Wesson Rayner and Scarlett Rayner; his grandmother Evalyn Rayner; his aunt Vicki McNeill; his sister Jessica McNeill; his nephew Justin; and his niece Haley. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
