He is survived by: his wife Kimberli Phillips of Bay Springs, MS; his stepchildren, Adam Brugh of Bay Springs, MS and Angela Combs of Jacksonville, FL; his father Hillman Phillips, Sr. (Henrietta) of Stringer, MS; and his siblings, Hillman Phillips, Jr. of Douglasville, GA, Melissa Phillips Woods of Wesson, MS and Deborah Phillips Sanchagrin (Doug) of Florence, MS. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
