He was predeceased by: his parents, Milsap Faulkner and Arlene Faulkner. He is survived by: his children, Rev. Johnnie Robert Milsap Jr., Lisa Ann Milsap and Deborah Ann Naylor; and his siblings, Harley R. Milsap Sr. of Charles Milsap, L. D, Elsie, Louis Kearse, Eva Jackson and Barbara Clinton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
