He was predeceased by: his parents, Isham Forest McNeil and Etta Waites McNeil of Bay Springs, Mississippi.; and his siblings, Isham Forest, Jr., Waites, Jimmy and Bobbie Nell Dabbs.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Tonya McNeil Tucker (Randy) of Madison, Sarah McNeil Tadlock (Sean) of Flowood and Matthew McNeil of Brandon; his grandchildren, Tyler, Tanner Whitehead, Jericho Stamatis, Landreigh and Reagan Tadlock; and his sisters, Joyce Grayson of Meridian and Clara Parnell (Joe) of Germantown, Tennessee..
