We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 72, Jackie Phillips of Bay Springs, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozell Phillips and Florence Upton Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jane Bennett Phillips; his children, Chris Phillips (Kim) of Decatur, Mississippi and Shannon Breland of Laurel, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Phillips, Caroline Phillips, Andrew Phillips, Ella Phillips of Decatur, Zach English (Brianna) and Lexie Reid (Nash) of Laurel; his great grandchildren, Jasiah, Tyler and Oakleigh; and his siblings, Bobby Phillips (Paula) of Bay Springs, Stanley Phillips (Cathy) of Stringer, Mississippi, Beverly Purvis (James) of Pelahatchie and Cindy Powell of Pelahatchie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children.
