He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Montgomery and Mellis Montgomery; and his brother-in-law Truman Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Montgomery; his children, Brenda Howell and Anthony Montgomery (Denise); his grandchildren, Ryan Howell, Timothy Howell, Dustin Howell and Nina Montgomery Weissinger; and his great grandchildren, Austin Howell, Kaylee Howell, Paisley Weissinger, Hazle Weissinger and Hannah Howell.
