She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Williams; her sister Vicki Williams; and her grandson Timothy Ainsworth. She is survived by: her children, Penny Michelle Ainsworth (James Baughman) of Louin, Misty Dawn Gregory (Trey Upton) of Stringer and Tony Dewayne Ainsworth (Leann) of Bay Springs; her grandchildren, Austin, Caitlin, Brittany Gregory, C. J., Hunter Upton, Kambron and Kloey Ainsworth; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Bella Strong; her mother Lucille Williams of Philadelphia; and her sisters, Pearl Price of Philadelphia, Charlotte Pilgrim of Philadelphia, Aletha Thomas of Philadelphia and Diane Vincent of Louisville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
