She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Wesley Jones and Selma Norsworthy Jones; her husband Max Sims; her siblings, Orville Jones (Ethel), Betty Hough (Clifford), Shelby Sims (Edsel), Linda Mosley (Herb), Duane Jones (Glenda) of Huntington, TX, Joey Jones of Biloxi, MS and Patsy Pitre of Waynesboro, MS; her children, Darren Sims (Janice) of Dothan, AL, Jason Sims of Brandon, MS and Leslie Sims Dean (Gary) of Saltillo, MS; her grandchildren, Tyler Sims (Lillian), Marshall Sims of Lexington, KY, Haley and Cameron Dean of Saltillo, MS; and her great grandchildren, Valerie and Langdon Sims. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Bay Springs Baptist Church Youth Ministry or Senior Adult Activities Ministry.
