She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester B. Musgrove and Mary Jones Musgrove; her son Graylon Ainsworth; and her brothers, Clemon Musgrove, Larry Musgrove and Ronald Musgrove.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ainsworth Welborn (Edward); her grandchildren, Chris McCullough (Jamie) and Eric McCullough; her great grandchildren, Gracie McCullough and Tristan McCullough; and her sister Lexie Montgomery (Oscar). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
