She was predeceased by: her husband Jake Sims; her parents, Jim Spradley and Daisy Spradley; and her siblings, Gerald Spradley, Donnie Ray Spradley, Bobby Lee Spradley, Jimmy Spradley, Roger Dale Spradley and Jeanette Herrington.
She is survived by: her son Shannon 'Tuddy' Spradley (Jacky); her grandchild Izzy; and also River Rogers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
