It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Windham of Bay Springs, Mississippi, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Franklin Windham, Jr.; her sons, Frank Windham and Curtis Mitchell Windham; her parents, John Blakeney and Dolly Blakeney; and her siblings, Quida Beasley, Kermit Blakeney, Cranford Blakeney, Lex Blakeney, Bill Blakeney and Joe Blakeney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gaye Horvat (Steve) and Jo Ann Thornton; and her grandchildren, Tom Segrest (Gina), John Allen Gilliland (Julie), Ross Horvat (Jenny), Leanne Riley (Josh), Jodi Boyd (Chris), Curt Windham (Jenny) and Cody Windham (Crystal). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
