It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Duteil in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph B. Duteil Jr.; her daughter Dana Lyn Purdy (James) of Slidell; and her parents, Daniel H. Hoffman Sr. and Frances Falk Hoffman. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeffery J. DeVasConCellos (Mary) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Brian E. DeVasConCellos (Elizabeth) of Spring Lake, MI, Paul D. DeVasConCellos (Danielle) of Parker, CO, Rachel M. Reis (Steve) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Adam P. Purdy (Tracy) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Jason J. Purdy (Lauren) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
