She is survived by: her children, Shirley "Sami" Ann Kaneshiro of Hawaii, Charles "Chuch" Raymond Middleton, Laurie Ann Middleton Hobgood, James Arthur Middleton, Edwina Joann and Middleton Faler; and her significant other Eric Zambpowski. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
