He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Billiot; his son Jeepsie Billiot; his parents, Cora Billiot and Paul Billiot; his siblings, Victor Billiot of Myrtle, Crappel, Sue Gras, Mike Billiot, Mayola Angrisano, Velma Jergeson, Cynthia Marie, Charles Billiot and Lydia Orydone; and his niece Veronica Billiot.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Billiot (Maria) and Collins Billiot; and his nieces, Sandra Simpson and Linda Billiot. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
